Beginner Track — Stage 2
Why swimming is hard to learn alone
Most people quit because the first lesson is terrifying and unstructured.
Private lessons cost $60–$100 per session. Most families can't afford weekly instruction.
Follow structured lesson plans at your own pace. Pool access + a phone is all you need.
YouTube videos show perfect technique but don't tell you what a terrified 4-year-old should do first.
Stage-based progressions: water comfort → float → kick → stroke. Each step has exact drills and safety cues.
Group classes move too fast for anxious adults, too slow for confident kids. One pace never fits all.
Track each learner individually. Repeat a stage until it's solid. Skip ahead when they're ready. No shame, no pressure.

A full program in your pocket
Six stages. Twenty-four skills. Each one tells you exactly what to practice and how to know when you are ready for the next. No wondering, no guessing.
Coach cues without the coach
Every skill has the exact cues a real coach would say. Chin on chest. Blow slowly. Small fast kicks. You are not alone.
Know where you stand
Mark skills as you get them. See your percentage climb. Know what needs another session before you even get in the water.
Built for places without swim schools
Most people on earth live nowhere near a pool with a coach. This works with nothing but you, water, and patience. Works offline. Works on old phones.

The program
Six stages. Zero guesswork.
Water Comfort
Get comfortable in and around water. Blowing bubbles, putting your face in, walking along the edge. No swimming yet. Just trust.
Skills covered:
Floating
Learn to trust the water to hold you up. Front and back floats with support, then on your own. This is where anxiety turns to calm.
Skills covered:
Kicking
Propulsion using legs only. Straight legs, pointed toes, small fast kicks. Build the engine before adding the arms.
Skills covered:
Arm Strokes
Adding arm movements to your kick. Start with doggy paddle, progress to catch-up freestyle and backstroke recovery.
Skills covered:
Breathing & Timing
The hardest part for most adults. Side breathing while kicking, then integrated into full stroke. Plus treading water for safety.
Skills covered:
Advanced
Building stamina and introducing more strokes. 25m continuous swim, full breaststroke, butterfly kick, and safe dives.
Skills covered:
From real swimmers & coaches
Progress you can see and feel.
“I was terrified of water my whole life. The 'Water Comfort' stage didn't make me feel stupid. It just gave me small, safe steps. Week 6 I swam my first 25m. I cried in the locker room.”
David, 34
Adult learner
“My 5-year-old wouldn't put his face in the water. The structured drills told me exactly what to do each session. Games, songs, progressions. By week 4 he was floating on his back giggling. No $80/hour coach needed.”
Amina Osei
Parent, Accra
“I coach 40 kids across three ability levels. Before this I had spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and memory. Now each kid has a clear stage, parents see progress, and I know who needs attention before they get frustrated and quit.”
Coach Tunde
Youth squad coach, Lagos
“We teach 200+ beginners a term. Our instructors rotate, so lesson quality used to depend on who was working that day. Now every teacher follows the same progression. Parents trust the system because they can see exactly where their child is.”
Sarah Chen
Swim school owner, Nairobi
Every great swimmer started somewhere.
Some had a coach. Some had a parent. Some just showed up and kept trying. Wherever you are, the next step is the same.
